The effects of reflexology may be experienced in a number of ways. Whatever your experience, please take note of the following advice:
Drink plenty of water
Try to avoid alcohol that day
Eat lighter meals
Avoid vigorous exercise
Sleep peacefully
You may feel energised or
tired. You could feel emotional or even a little unwell.
These are all positive signs of your body taking note of its imbalances and working to re-address them

Late cancellation fees may apply
