Reflexology treatment
What happens?
Reflexology is the practice of applying gentle pressure to the feet or hands, inducing a state of deep relaxation & stimulating your body’s own healing processes, helping you to find balance & well being
Your treatment is designed around you to help you connect, calm & relax
Each treatment will last an hour. Each and every treatment is designed around your individual needs and experience.
From the lighting, the aromatherapy, the music, the professional treatment chair, and the choice of hand-mixed or natural creams and fresh towels
Your first time
In order for us to build up an holistic picture of you, we begin your first session by spending around 15 minutes discussing any medical history; anxieties; lifestyle questions and symptoms you may have or feel may be relevant
Treatment
The vast majority of treatments will take place with you reclining in a professionally designed reflexology chair. Importantly, it gives you great comfort and me access to your feet and lower legs, so I recommend that you dress with this in mind. (Such as loose fitting trousers that can roll up above your knee and a top that will allow you to sit comfortably and unrestricted
Each treatment has four parts to it:
